To recover an organisation or employer that has been deleted in error, please contact the BrightPay Support team at brightpayuksupport@brightsg.com or call 0345 9390019.
Please note it might not always be possible for the development team to recover an organisation / employer that has been deleted by a user. Please use extreme caution when deleting an organisation or an employer.
Important: BrightPay Cloud payroll data is securely backed up on our servers, and we maintain system-level backups for disaster recovery purposes (such as server issues). However, please note that if you delete a payroll schedule from your BrightPay Cloud account, there is no way to restore or recover that schedule—even from backup. When deleting a schedule, you will be asked to type ‘CONFIRM’ to ensure you intend to proceed. It is your responsibility to double-check before deleting, as this action is permanent and cannot be reversed by BrightPay.
