Who is this guide for?
This guide is designed for payroll administrators, HR professionals, accountants, and business owners who use BrightPay and want quick, easy access to support and help articles.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
By default, the AI Support Assistant is not visible.
To access the Support Assistant:
1. Click on the “?” icon in the BrightPay interface.
2. Select “Launch Support Assistant.”
Ask your questions:
- Type in any questions you have—there’s no limit to how many queries you can enter.
- For example:
Get instant help:
- The chatbot will respond with a short summary, a few bullet points, and links to any relevant sources or articles.
- You can click on these links to go directly to the help site article for more detailed information.
Minimize when finished:
- When you’re done, simply minimize the chatbot.
- Once minimized, it will disappear from your screen and won’t interfere with your reports or other information.
Access it again anytime:
- To bring the Support Assistant back, just click the “?” icon and choose “Launch Support Assistant.”
NB - Anything that the Support assistant does not know, will be monitored and then added. So, the system will continuously evolve and improve over time.
Important - This chat is handled by our AI assistant only – there are no live support agents in the chat. If the AI can’t resolve your query, it will ask for your details (company name and email address). After each answer, you’ll be asked if the response was helpful. You can continue asking questions, or choose “No, I need more help” to create a support ticket. The AI assistant will then send your details and the full chat transcript to our Support Desk, and a support agent will contact you as soon as possible.
