If you should need to access previous years information after you have moved from BrightPay Desktop to BrightPay Cloud, this is still possible by accessing the Desktop version of BrightPay for the particular year you require.

Example:

You have moved from BrightPay Desktop to BrightPay Cloud in September 2025, but you require employees payslips from January 2023.

In this scenario, you can access BrightPay Desktop 2023 and open your employer file to retrieve the information you require.
