To access your BrightPay invoices, please log in to your Bright ID account here with your email address and password.
Under the 'Billing Tab' you will see all invoices associated with your email address, and under the 'Licences Tab' you will see desktop licence keys associated with your email address.

If you are not a current or weren't a previous billing contact, please click 'additional email addresses' under 'Invoices'.
Please add all email addresses that have been used or are currently being used as billing contacts for BrightPay, and then ask your billing contact to confirm this request for you.
Once this request has been verified by your billing contact, this will populate all historical and future invoices from their email address in your BrightID

This way, you will be able to access all invoices remotely that will be sent on every billing run to your billing contact.
