To purchase a Bright product including Bright Contracts you will need to log into your Bright ID. 

Bright ID is a centralised location where you can access all payment methods, current and historic invoices and licence keys associated with your email address.

1. Go to https://id.brightsg.com/login

2. Please press 'Forgot your password?' if you don't remember your password. 

3. Input your email address and password and press 'Sign in'. Now you can proceed with updating your preferred payment method and purchasing the licence key. 

4. To update the payment method go to 'Billing Tab' and press 'Add Payment Method' select payment method and press 'Next'. Please note: We do not offer monthly payments both Direct Debit and Card are once-off payment per 12 months. 

5. To purchase the licence key go to the 'Licences Tab' locate and press on 'Purchase a desktop licence key'.

6. Once the Order Form is open press 'Show More Products' to locate Bright Contracts licences. 

7. Select the product by pressing '+ Add to Order'.8 If you are happy that the correct licence has been selected 'tick the box' that you agree to our terms and conditions then press 'Submit'.The new licence key will be shown on your screen.

Please copy and paste it into your software and activate it.

Also, you will find a copy of your invoice in your email inbox. 

Please note that the Bright Contracts licence will last for 12 months from the day of activating your licence key.
