Q: Can I upgrade my licence, and how do I do this?

A: Yes, you can upgrade your licence as follows.

In Thesaurus:

1. Open your Thesaurus 2026 software.
2. Go to Help → Manage/Upgrade licence → Upgrade licence.
3. In the new window, select the licence you wish to upgrade from the drop-down menu.
4. Complete the purchase using your company card.
5. When the purchase is complete, close and reopen Thesaurus 2026 to apply the upgrade to your existing licence key.

In BrightPay:

1. On the BrightPay 2026 start screen (before entering an Employer), click the blue triangle in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Upgrade licence.
3. In the new window, choose the licence you wish to upgrade from the drop-down menu.
4. Complete the purchase using your company card.
5. When the purchase is complete, close and reopen BrightPay 2026 to apply the upgrade to your existing licence key.
