To proceed with the cancellation of your BrightPay (cloud) subscription, please reply to this email with the following information:
- Your Organisation name and billing contact’s email address
- The reason for cancelling your BrightPay Cloud subscription
- If applicable, any features you feel are missing from BrightPay Cloud
- Consent - Yes, I have downloaded all payroll data from BrightPay, and I understand that BrightPay may delete data from their servers without the option to return to BrightPay at any stage from this day forward.
Please note that if we do not receive written confirmation of your cancellation, your subscription will continue, and charges will apply.
Important: Once your subscription has been cancelled, you will no longer have access to your account or its content, including payslips and reports. We recommend exporting and saving any important data before your subscription ends. Suggested steps for exporting reports:
- Payroll Summary: Go to Analysis > Payroll Summary to export employee data for monthly or multiple periods
- Pension Reports: Go to Analysis > Pensions to export monthly or multiple-period reports
- Other Reports: Export statutory reports, hourly pay, employee details, etc., based on your business needs
- P30 and P32 Reports: Go to HMRC Payments > P30/P32 to download and save securely
- P11 Worksheets: Go to Employees > P11 to download the P11 PDFs for multiple employees
- BIK Reports: Go to Employees > PBIK or P11D to export these reports
- Employee Data: Go to Employees > Import & Export to export employee information as a CSV file
- Payslips: Optionally, export all employee payslips individually or as a single document
NB - Please do not delete the employer until you have exported out the required reports.
