Q. I’m having difficulty logging in to view my payslips. I’m being asked for a verification code or told my password is incorrect, but I’m not receiving any email. What should I do?
A. If you’re an employee trying to access your own details, please try registering for the employee self‑service portal using this link: employee self-service portal.
When the page opens, click “Don’t have a BrightID? Sign up” if this is your first time logging in.
This will set you up correctly as an employee user and should prevent the error message you’re currently seeing.
If you are trying to access your payslips or still need help after this, the best next step is to contact your employer or payroll department directly. BrightPay is a software provider and we unfortunately don’t have access to our customers’ payroll data or employee login details.
