Filtering your employee list makes payroll processing quicker and easier.
The Global Filter option allows you to display only the employees you need to work on at any given time.
How to Filter Employees in the Payroll Section
- Go to the Payroll section in BrightPay.
- Click on the Filter button.
- Choose your filter criteria from the options below:
- Department
- First Name Initial
- Surname Initial
- Payment Method
Tip:
Hold down Shift key to add to the current filter instead of replacing it.
- To clear the filter and view all employees again, click Remove Current Filter
