If you wish to change the billing contact for your BrightPay Cloud subscription, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to My Organisations -> select the organisation for which you wish to change the billing contact.
2. Select Team Members -> Invite New Member(s).
3. Input new email address, select Billing Manager and press Send.
4. Once the new Billing Manager accepts the invite in their email inbox return to My Organisations and go to Billing Tab -> then select Change Billing Contact.
5. Once the Billing contact is changed, they will need to log in to their Bright ID here with their new email and password and add a new payment method, if they have not already done so.
We will no longer be able to take payment from the details stored under the old Billing Contact.
