You can access your invoices for all purchases by logging into your BrightID account here with your email address and password.
Under the "billing tab" and the invoices heading, here you will see all current and historic invoices associated with your email.
If you have completed purchases under any other email address or changed the Billing Contact email for your account, you can click "additional email addresses" and once verified, this will populate any invoices associated with those additional email addresses.
Important - Uk customers.
You will not be able to renew your BrightPay Desktop licence for the 2026/27 tax year.
From the 2026/27 tax year onwards, BrightPay will move to an exclusively cloud-based platform. As a result, the desktop version will no longer receive updates, support, or legislative compliance changes.
To ensure you continue to receive the latest updates and remain compliant, we recommend moving to BrightPay’s cloud platform for the 2026/27 tax year and beyond.
