To help you stay on top of your PAYE liabilities, our Client Portal includes an option to send automated email notifications to users when PAYE bills are due.

What does this feature do?

When enabled, the system will send email alerts to selected users with:

• The PAYE amount due to HMRC
• The due date for payment
• Any other key details needed to make payment on time

These notifications are designed to reduce the risk of missed payments and late penalties.

How to enable PAYE bill notifications

Within the Employer section of the Client Portal, you can choose how PAYE notifications are sent:

1. Enable PAYE bill notifications for all users
   • All users associated with your employer record who have email access will receive PAYE bill notifications.
2. Enable PAYE bill notifications for specific users only
   • You can select which individual users should receive PAYE bill emails (for example, your payroll manager or finance team members).

Once configured, emails will be sent automatically whenever a PAYE bill is generated and due to HMRC.
