Employee Preferences
- Here, you can customise the way employee names are displayed, such as using Surname, Name, or including title, work numbers or PPS, and other options according to your preferences.
- You can also choose to sort employees by other options, such as Name, Surname, Works Number, or additional criteria.
- There is also a checkbox to include employees who have left, so they will appear on the list after all active employees.
Email Preferences
You can also set email preferences, including a default reply-to email address, preset body text, and signature.
This helps save time by automatically adding these details, so you don’t have to enter them manually each time.
In the Recent Recipients tab, you'll find email addresses you've used recently.
You can also add new addresses here, so they will appear in the drop-down lists when you're emailing reports or other users, making it easier to select frequent contacts.
Reuse email content/Settings for each email
Note - these same settings can be used across all of your employers, and it switched on by default.
In the Email Preferences section, there is a checkbox at the bottom that determines whether the same email content and settings are applied across all document types or employers. This option is selected by default, but you can easily turn it off if you prefer different settings for each document or employer. E.g you may not want the body of the email to be the same for each employer.
To do this, go to Preferences > Email Preferences and simply uncheck the box at the bottom.
Untick this option - Remember and reuse the most recent email content/settings for each document type
Submissions - ROS Certificates
- Here, you can set the default Certificates for ROS - whick will also display Certificate type along with the expiration date.
Please note: The preferences saved are global settings and will be applicable to all employers within your organisation.
